1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Creme 1/2 cup butter; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Combine Flour and Salt, add to the creamed mixture alternately with chocolate syrup; beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in the vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured pan (9x12)Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cream 1/4 cup butter gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar and creme de menthe. Mix well Spread this mixture evenly over the brownies. Chill for 1 hour. Combine and melt Chocolate morsels and 1/4 cup butter then spread over creme de menthe layer. Cool for about 1 hour then slice and serve. This also goes well with ice cream.
