Creamy White Frosting
I discovered that this frosting goes great on other cakes, especially the Black Magic Cake. It's light and creamy, but not too sweet. It looks & tastes like whipped cream.
How to Make Creamy White Frosting
- Add milk to flour slowly, avoiding lumps.
Cook flour and milk until very thick, stirring constantly. (Pudding consistency)
- Cream sugar, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
- Add completely cooled thickened milk/flour mixturer to butter/sugar mixture in mixing bowl and beat at high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
