1/4 croom temp butter

How to Make CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- Cream Butter & Cream Cheese..Whip until really fluffy..Can add more butter or cream cheese..this is your choice..
- Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together to mix and lighten it up..
- Add Vanilla and Strong Coffee..whip...
- Add alternately the sugar/cocoa mix whipping between each addition..if gets to stiff add a few drops warm water or cream... Until the frosting is to the consistancy you like.
- Frost generously...Can add coconut to top..or nuts..mini chocolate chips..
