Ingredients
- 1 package Orange Supreme cake mix
- 1 package orange gelatin (3 oz)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 small instant vanilla pudding mix, unprepared (3.4 oz)
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract

Orange cake mix is hard to find. Make your own by adding 3 Tbsp of orange gelatin to a vanilla cake mix. We also added a drop of orange food coloring to the topping for a nice presentation.

Step 1Mix cake as directed on the box for a 9x13" pan. Cool. Punch holes with a meat fork.

Step 2Mix Jell-o with boiling water. Stir until the mix is dissolved. Add cold water.

Step 3Pour the Jell-o over the cake making sure it goes into the holes. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour to set.

Step 4TOPPING: Mix pudding with milk. Add a few drops of orange flavoring to taste.

Step 5Then fold in Cool Whip.

Step 6Add topping to the cake and keep refrigerated.
