CAKE BATTER

1 1/2 cflour

1 csugar
-
1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt
-
3/4 chershey's cocoa powder
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 coil
-
1 tspvinegar
-
1 tspvanilla
-
FILLING
-
1 pkg8 oz cream cheese
-
1egg
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 pinchsalt
-
OPTIONAL
-
1 cmilk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips
How to Make Cream Filled Cupcakes
- Cake Batter: Combine all ingredients and beat well on high in the mixer for 3 minutes.
Filling: Beat all ingredients until smooth and then add chocolate chips.
Put 1 Tablespoon of cake batter in lined cupcake tin. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling, top with 1 tablespoon of the cake batter.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frost with your favorite frosting or Decorator Frosting and top with chocolate chips or sprinkles.
