    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
    cold water
  • 3/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    beaten egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate chips, mini
  • ·
    powdered sugar

How to Make Cream-Filled Chocolate Supreme Muffins


  1. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda & salt. In another bowl, combine water, oil, egg, vinegar & vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
  2. For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar & salt until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Fold in chips.
  3. Fill paper cups 1/2 full with muffin batter. Pipe filling into center of each; cover with remaining batter.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool completely on wire racks.
