Ingredients
- MUFFINS
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- FILLING
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips, mini
- - powdered sugar
How To Make cream-filled chocolate supreme muffins

Step 1In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda & salt. In another bowl, combine water, oil, egg, vinegar & vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.

Step 2For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar & salt until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Fold in chips.

Step 3Fill paper cups 1/2 full with muffin batter. Pipe filling into center of each; cover with remaining batter.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool completely on wire racks.
