8 oz(1 pkg. cream cheese)
1 lbbutter, softened (yes, 1 lb! not a typo!!!)
3 cgranulated sugar
2 tspvanilla extract
1 cself rising flour
2 cregular flour
How to Make Cream Cheese Pound Cake
- Grease and flour a 10" tube pan. Preheat oven to 300
- Cream butter and cream cheese, add sugar, mix well. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixing thoroughly.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN!!! (cooking time varies. Anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours depending on oven)
Cool before removing from pan.
