Cream cheese pound cake is my family's favorite. My husband said, "Cream cheese pound cake + coffee is so good." My daughter said, "No, Dad, it's good with milk... yummy." I like my cream cheese pound cake with hot tea. :-)

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, Philadelphia

  • Sugar, butter, and cream cheese mixed together.
    Step 1
    Preheat 350 degrees F. Mix sugar and butter very well. Add cream cheese.
  • Slowly adding eggs.

    Then add eggs, one at a time, and mix again.
  • Flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract added.
    Step 3
    Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well and it's ready to bake.
  • Baked cream cheese pound cake cooling.
    Step 4
    Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
