Cream cheese pound cake is my family's favorite. My husband said, "Cream cheese pound cake + coffee is so good." My daughter said, "No dad, it's good with milk... yummy." I like my cream cheese pound cake with hot tea. :-)

2 stickbutter, room temperature
2 call-purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspvanilla extract
8 ozcream cheese, Philadelphia

We used a 10-cup (9.75" Bundt pan).
1Preheat 350 F. Mix sugar and butter very well. Add cream cheese.
2Then add eggs, one at a time, and mix again.
3Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well and it's ready to bake.
4Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
