I kind of made this up as I was mixing the batter. Had an idea of what I wanted and just decided to go with it. Turned out great.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding

Step 1Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add both flours and pudding mix. Pour into a well greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
