- 1 box butter or vanilla cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup oil
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FROSTING
- 2 packages cream cheese, 8 oz
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cream cheese cake

Step 1Mix together box cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil.

Step 2Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.

Step 3Pour batter into the pan. Set aside.

Step 4Mix together cream cheese, egg, and sugar.

Step 5Then add vanilla.

Step 6Layer this mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter bringing it almost to the edge of the pan.

Step 7Bake cake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 8Let cool and prepare the frosting.

Step 9For frosting, cream butter and cream cheese.

Step 10Add sugar a cup at a time.

Step 11Then whipping cream and vanilla.

Step 12Beat until light and fluffy about three minutes.

Step 14If making cupcakes, fill cupcake liner about halfway. Put a teaspoon of cream cheese filling in the middle of the batter. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
