cream cheese brownies w/peanut butter chips
I have been baking these delicious brownies for my family for many years with the same results.....an empty pan! Try them, the peanut butter chips are a little extra surprise!

Ingredients
- 1 box super moist german choc. cake mix (prepared according to manufacturers directions)
- 1 package 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened/room temp.)
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
How To Make cream cheese brownies w/peanut butter chips

Step 1Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan.

Step 2Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour into cake pan.

Step 3In a small separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.

Step 4Drop cream cheese mixture by tablespoon fulls onto top of cake.

Step 5Marble cream cheese throughout cake mix.

Step 6Sprinkle peanut butter chips over top of marbled cake.

Step 7Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes. May take longer depending on oven. Make sure when testing with tooth pick that you insert the toothpick into choc. cake and it comes out clean and dry. (Inserting toothpick into cream cheese will leave a wet look on the toothpick and may cause you to think cake is not done and you will over bake the cake.)
