INTO AN 8X8 BAKING DISH, SIFT:
1 1/2 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
2-4 Tbspcocoa, unsweetened
MAKE 3 WELLS IN THE SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS AND INTO THEM PUT:
6 Tbspcooking oil
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Crazy Cake
- Pour 1 cup cold water over all and stir with a fork.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Quick frosting: While cake is still warm, sprinkle with chocolate chips (or Hershey bars), use knife to spread when soft. You can also use a canned frosting if you prefer.
NOTE: Powdered sugar does not work well, as this cake is very moist.
