I received this recipe at my bridal shower and have been making it often for the past 23 years! It is quick and easy to make since you don't use a mixer. The frosting is fudgy and delicious too.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make crazy cake

Step 1Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make wells and add oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour 2 cups water over all. Mix with fork -- do not beat. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Step 2For Frosting: Bring first three ingredients to a rolling boil. Removed from heat and add 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour over cooled cake.
