How to Make cranberry zuchini bread
- preheat oven to 350. mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well mixed
- mix in zuchini and melted butter.
- sprinkle in baking soda and salt. mix in
- add flour a 3rd at a time.
- sprinkle in cinnamon and nutmeg and fold in nuts and cranberries.
- divide batter into two buttered loaf pans, bake 1 hour. cool 10 minutes and pull from the pan and cool on racks
