- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 3 cups grated zuchinni
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 cup cranberry raisins
How To Make cranberry zuchini bread

Step 1preheat oven to 350. mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well mixed

Step 2mix in zuchini and melted butter.

Step 3sprinkle in baking soda and salt. mix in

Step 4add flour a 3rd at a time.

Step 5sprinkle in cinnamon and nutmeg and fold in nuts and cranberries.

Step 6divide batter into two buttered loaf pans, bake 1 hour. cool 10 minutes and pull from the pan and cool on racks
