Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 can orange juice, thawed concentrate
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sourcream
- 1 cup dried or fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 9" springform pan with parchment paper. Grease and flour sides of pan. In Large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar till creamy. Beat in eggs, orange zest and oj till smooth. In Medium bowl stir 2 cups of flour with baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon. Beat flour mixture and sour cream into butter mixture till smooth. Stir in Cranberries.

Step 2In another bowl combine, butter, brown sugar, flour and walnuts. Pour batter into pan. Scatter walnuts on top. Bake 30-40 min.
