Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecns
How To Make cranberry-nut loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Coat 2 (8x4 inch) loaf pas with cooking spray.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar, cranberry sauce, milk and oil till smooth. Add to the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in pecans.

Step 4Transfer batter to pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool loaves in pans for 5 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
