Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp of water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cranberry-nut coffee cake

Step 1Powdered Sugar Glaze: Combine all ingrediants. Stir well. Set Aside.

Step 2Combine brown sugar, walnuts & cinnamon; Mix well, and set aside.

Step 3Combine biscuit mix, sugar, egg, and water; Beat 30 sec. at med. speed. Pour batter into a greased 9" square pan. Sprinkle batter with walnut mixture, and spoon cranberry sauce evenly over top.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
