Makes 2 loaf pans
Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 - 4 oz. package lemon instant pudding mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 - 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce, chopped
How To Make cranberry loaf cakes

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cranberry sauce in a large bowl, mix well. Beat for 4 minutes. Fold in cranberry sauce. Spoon into 2 greased & floured 5x9 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until cakes test done. Cool in pans.
