1 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar plus 1/3 cup sugar, divided

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1egg, lightly beaten

1/2 c2% milk
-
1 Tbsporange juice
-
1 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1/4 tspalmond extract
-
2 ccranberries, fresh or frozen

TOPPING
-
1/4 call-purpose flour
-
3 Tbspsugar
-
2 Tbspcold butter
How to Make Cranberry Crumb Cake
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray an 8" square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Combine the egg, milk, orange juice, oil and extract; stir into dry ingredients. Pour into baking dish.
- Combine cranberries and remaining 1/3 cup sugar; spoon over batter.
- For the topping, combine flour and sugar in a small bowl; cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cranberries.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Refrigerate leftovers, if you have any.
