cranberry coffee cake
I remember having this every Christmas morning growing up. I started making it for my family last year and it was a huge it. It will definitely become a part of our Christmas breakfast each year....and I'm sure more than that.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cranberry sauce
How To Make cranberry coffee cake

Step 1Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

Step 2Sift dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt) and add alternately with sour cream to mixture.

Step 3In small bowl mashed the cranberry sauce with a fork.

Step 4Put a layer of the mixture into the pan and then a layer of cranberry sauce. Do this until all the cranberry sauce and mixture are used up. The last layer should be of the mixture.

Step 5Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

Step 6Cook for 55 minutes at 350.
