Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons milk

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 or 12 cup bundt pan.

Step 2In a bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl combine sour cream and cranberry sauce, mix well to combine.

Step 3Using a mixer, cream together 1/2 cup butter and the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add almond extract.

Step 4Alternate adding cranberry mixture and flour mixture to butter mixture.

Step 5Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 min in preheated oven. Check with toothpick near center to see if done.

Step 6Cool in pan for 10 min then transfer to cooling rack.

Step 7While the cake is cooling melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. When melted, transfer to small bowl and add milk in teaspoon increments until smooth consistency.

Step 8Pour glaze over cooled cake. Let glaze set up for about an hour and serve.
