Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup butter
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 tsp baking powder
- - 1 (8 ounce ) carton sour cream
- - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- - 1 cup sugar
- - 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- - 1 tsp soda
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - 1 (16 ounce ) can whole cranberry sauce
- GLAZE
- - 1 cup confectioners sugar
- - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- - 2 tbsps milk
How To Make cranberry coffee cake

Step 1Cream butter and gradually add sugar beating until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream beating well. Blend in the vanilla extract.

Step 3Spoon 1/3 of mixture into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. Spread 1/3 cranberry sauce over batter. Repeat layers twice more ending with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle pecans over top.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr or until done. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle glaze over top.
