    1 cup of regular coke in a can
  • ·
    1/2 cup oil
  • ·
    1/2 cup or 1 stick butter
  • ·
    3 tbsp.cocoa
  • ·
    2 cups sugar and flour
  • ·
    1/2 tsp.salt
  • ·
    2 large eggs
  • ·
    1/2 cup butter milk
  • ·
    1 tsp. bakind soda
  • ·
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

How to Make CRACKER BARREL DOUBLE FUDGE COKE CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. IN A SAUCEPAN, BRING COKE,OIL, BUTTER, COCOA TO A BOIL.MIX THE SUGAR, FLOUR,SALT,POUR INTO THE BOILING LIQUID AND BEAT WELL. ADD THE EGGS, BUTTERMILK, SODA,VANILLA AND BEAT WELL. POUR INTO A GREASED AND FLOURED SHEET CAKE PAN AND BAKE @ 350* FOR 2O-25 MINS.
  2. *FROSTING*
    1/2 CUP OR 1 STICK BUTTER
    3 TBSP. COCOA
    6 TBSP.CREAM OR MILK
    1 TSP.VANILLA EXTRACT
    1 CUP, CHOPPED CASHEWS
    1 LB. POWDER SUGAR
  3. IN A SAUCEPAN, COMBINE THE BUTTER,COCOA, AND CREAM AND HEAT UNTIL BUTTER IS MELTS. BEAT IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. SPREAD ON THE HOT CAKE. COOL AND CUT.
