"crack" cake
THERE ARE NO ILLICIT INGREDIENTS IN THIS RECIPE!! It gets its name because once you have a bite, you can't get enough! Plus, the surface will sometimes crack when removing the pan from the oven. I got this recipe from a co-worker and it is always a hit.

Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUST
- 1 box duncan hines butter cake mix
- 1 - egg, room temperature
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup nuts
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 2 - eggs, room temperature
- 1 box powdered sugar, 16oz
- 1 package philadelphia cream cheese, 8oz, room temperature
How To Make "crack" cake

Step 1Combine crust ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, pressing butter pieces into each other until they form a ball. Spread into 13x9 foil pan.

Step 2Combine topping ingredients in another large bowl and pour on top of crust mix.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
