Ingredients
- 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make corn flakes brunch cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 8x8x2 inch cake pan.

Step 2Put corn flakes and orange juice together in a bowl to soak for 5 minutes. Add the oil, egg and mashed bananas. Mix together all the remaining ingredients and slowly add and mix in well.

Step 3Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
