Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 cup sugar or stevia
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- FROSTING
- 3/4 cup corn flakes
- 3/4 cup brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 5 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons milk
How To Make corn flake coffee cake

Step 1Topping: In small bowl place all ingredients mix until combined. Set aside.

Step 2Cake; Preheat oven to 350F. butter and flour a round cake pan. Place all ingredient (except topping) into medium mixing bowl and mix low speed, scraping sides constantly for 30 seconds.

Step 3Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour batter into pan and bake into and bake 30-35 minutes or until tooth pick come out clean. Turn off over and turn on the broiler.

Step 4Let cool for 20 minutes (keep on the pan) then spread topping boiler until golden brown(around 3 minutes)
