1 1/2 cbisquick baking mix

3/4 csugar or stevia

1egg

3/4 csour cream

2 Tbspbutter at room temperature
- FROSTING

3/4 ccorn flakes

3/4 cbrown sugar or splenda brown sugar

1/2 cchopped nuts

5 Tbspbutter at room temperature

3 Tbspmilk
How To Make corn flake coffee cake

1Topping: In small bowl place all ingredients mix until combined. Set aside.

2Cake; Preheat oven to 350F. butter and flour a round cake pan. Place all ingredient (except topping) into medium mixing bowl and mix low speed, scraping sides constantly for 30 seconds.

3Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour batter into pan and bake into and bake 30-35 minutes or until tooth pick come out clean. Turn off over and turn on the broiler.

4Let cool for 20 minutes (keep on the pan) then spread topping boiler until golden brown(around 3 minutes)
