Someone say, "NO BAKE"?? This is a delight to Fix, the Creamy layers are all goodness!!! Everyone will be delighted with this dessert in the Heat of Summer. Plus Semi-Homemade too boot!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - angel food cake, slice in (3) layers or you can use a sponge cake.
  • FILLING
  • 1 Large - pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (16) oz - can drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16oz) - carton cool whip, thawed

How To Make cool pineapple delight by freda

  • Step 1
    Combine Pudding, & Drained Pineapple, Mix with Mixer on low speed about 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Fold in Cool whip.
  • Step 3
    Be sure your angel food cake is sliced into 3 Layers crosswise. TIP: to Cut the Cake use a "Serated Knife" cutting in a sawing motion. Add filling inbetween each layer, With the remaining on top. You do not have to frost sides. Chill, Keep in Refer before serving, for a cool delightful Dessert.. . also great with fresh sliced strawberries on the side.
