How to Make Cookies and Cream Cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, slowly add sugar, vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Fold crushed cookies into the mixture and pour into ready made crust. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly giggly in center. Turn oven off and open door, let rest in oven for 15 more minutes then remove and let air cool completely. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Optional decoration; cut cookies in half and place round side up around edge of cake.
