How to Make Cookies and Cream Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans. Prepare batter following package directions.
- Fold in cookies. Pour into pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely. Fill and frost cake with frosting. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.
