- 1 package ultra moist white cake mix
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sandwich cream cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1 - tub vanilla frosting

How To Make cookies and cream cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans. Prepare batter following package directions.

Step 2Fold in cookies. Pour into pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely. Fill and frost cake with frosting. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.
