Ingredients
- 25 - chocolate sandwich cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 - eggs
- 3 - egg yolks
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 2 cups sour cream
How To Make cookie cheesecake

Step 1Crust: Process sandwich cookies and butter in food processor, press into springfoam pan.

Step 2Filling: Beat cream cheese; add 1/4 cup sugar, beat 3 minutes.

Step 3Mix in flour. While beating, add eggs and yolks, mixing until smooth.

Step 4Beat in whipping cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Step 5Pour 1/2 into crust.

Step 6Sprinkle cookies;

Step 7Add all remaining ingredients for filling.

Step 8Place pan in 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 225 and bake for 50 minutes.

Step 9Remove from oven; turn oven temperature to 350.

Step 10Stir sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla together.

Step 11Spread over cake. Bake 7 minutes.

Step 12Remove from oven; cool to room temperature in a draft free place

Step 13Cover and refrigerate overnite or up to 3 days.

Step 14Before serving remove sides of pan. Serve chilled.
