  • 1 pkg
    deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pdding mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • TOPPING INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c
    colored mini-marshmallows
  • 2/3 c
    prepared chocolate frosting
  • 2 Tbsp
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How to Make Confetti Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 13x9" pan.
  3. FOR CAKE: combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.
  4. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1 cup miniature chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. FOR TOPPING: Immediately arrange marshmallows evenly over hot cake.
  9. Place frosting in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH for 25-30 seconds.
  10. Stir until smooth.
  11. Drizzle evenly over marshmallows and cake.
  12. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips.
  13. Cool completely.
  14. TIP: For ease in cutting, use knife with thin, sharp blade.
  15. Clean knife with paper towel after each slice.
