How to Make Cold Tea Loaf
- Soak dried. Mixed fruit in cold tea for at least 2 hours or over night.
- Put flour and sugar into a bowl and mix well, add the cold tea and mixed fruit. You may need a little more tea, depending on how dry your fruit is.
- If needed add some more cold tea till your mixture is the same as a cake batter.
- Place in a heated 180c oven and cook for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
