2 sticks butter
2 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar

How To Make coffeecake

Step 1

Mix the butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar and sour cream together. Add the flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 2

Pour half the better into a greased bundt pan. Mix together the pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Then pour the remaining batter on.
Step 3

Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
