Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole whaet flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make coffeecake muffins.

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray 6 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.

Step 2In another bowl, stir together sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, milk and egg. Add to dry ingredinets until just combined. In small bowl, stir together brown sugar,nuts, 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3Spoon 1/2 the batter into cups, sprinkle w/ 1/2 the nut mix. Top w/ remaining batter and nut mix. Bake 25 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
