How To Make coffee cup cake

• Step 1
  Mix the 2 dry mixes together and store in airtight container.
• Step 2
  Mix 1/3 C. dry mix, 2 tbs water in a coffee cup. Mix until moistened (don't over mix). Cook on high 30 seconds. Enjoy! (Due to differences in microwave wattage, you may need to add or remove 1 to 3 seconds on the cooking time. This is for a 1000 watt oven.)
• Step 3
  You can embellish cakes as you wish, add candy pieces, nuts, toffee bits... You decide. No icing necessary, great hot or cooled.
