Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons vanilla malt powder
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6-8 cups powdered sugar
How To Make coffee-choco cupcake with malted buttercream

Step 1Cupcake directions: Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk and coffee, beating well after each addition. Fill paper-lined cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 2ButterCream directions: Cream butter, malt powder, vanilla, and milk. Add powdered sugar at least 6 cups till you get the consistency you prefer. Frost cooled cupcakes and enjoy!!
