I use potassium salt which is a no salt substitute. It performs the same as salt but gives you a healthier benefit. It is easy to find just look for salt substitute in your grocery store.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 1/4 cups sugar divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon potassium no salt substitute
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
How To Make coffee cake

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a bunt pan with organic cooking spray.

Step 2using your mixer, mix the butter and two cups of sugar in a small bowl.

Step 3After the butter and sugar are well mixed add the eggs,sour cream, vanilla and almond.

Step 4In a seperaate bowl, mix together the flour,baking powder and potassium.

Step 5Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingrediants.

Step 6Slowly add remaining dry ingrediants to the rest of your mixture until well combined.

Step 7in a small bowl combine brown sugar, 1/4 sugar,cinnamon mix until well combined.

Step 8Pour Half of the batter into the Bunt pan.

Step 9Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over the batter as evenly as possible. Pour remaining batter over sugar mixture into the pan.

Step 10Remove cake from pan and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Enjoy!
