Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 cups flour
  • 8 oz - container of sour cream
  • 1 can wildersness pie filling cherry or your choice
  • - streusel topping recipe below

How To Make coffee cake international

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. spray two 9" round cake pans with pam. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs until mixture is very light and fluffy. Add extract. Combine flour and soda add to creamed mixture and alternately with sour cream. Divide batter evenly in pans spreading wilderness fruit filling on top. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake 25-35 min or until ckae tests done.
  • Step 2
    Stuesel topping: Comine 1/2c flour , 1/4 c sugar and 1/2 teasp. cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 c. butter.
