Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg beaten
- 3/4 cup splenda
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanillla extract
- 1/2 cup nuts
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar splenda
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4-1/2 cup almonds, chopped
How To Make coffee cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients for cake and pour into greased and floured 8"x9" pan

Step 2Sprinkle top of cake with topping ingredients that have been combined to pea size.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I cut the cake while still warm.

Step 4In this recipe you can add banana, apple sauce and any nut. I prefer just the basic recipe.
