My Mom use to make this cake for us when we were young. It was quick and easy and it was delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
How To Make coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Combine cake and pudding mixes, water and oil in mixing bowl.

Step 3Stir until blended, add eggs one at a time and beating well after each addition.

Step 4Add vanilla extract and butter flavoring and beat well.

Step 5Combine sugar and pecans, if desired or just the sugar mixture.

Step 6sprinkle 1/4 cup of the sugar mixture in the bottom of a lightly greased Bunt pan or 13 x 9 pan.

Step 7Add some of the batter and repeat layers ending with batter.

Step 8Bake 50 minutes to an hour or until done.

Step 9Cool 15 minutes and remove to dish to continue cooling.
