- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut flavoring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can coconut
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup water for glaze
- 1 cup sugar for glaze
How To Make coconutt-buttermilk cake

Step 1Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake at 375 degrees, 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Leave in pan when done

Step 2GLAZE: combine water and sugar. bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while cake is still hot. Punch holes in top of cake with a fork to let glaze into cake

Step 3This is better if left to sit until cool. Keep tightly covered. SO MOIST
