Ingredients For coconutt-buttermilk cake

  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 c
    veg. oil
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    coconut flavoring
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 can
    coconut
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    water for glaze
  • 1 c
    sugar for glaze

How To Make coconutt-buttermilk cake

    Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake at 375 degrees, 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Leave in pan when done

    GLAZE: combine water and sugar. bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while cake is still hot. Punch holes in top of cake with a fork to let glaze into cake

    This is better if left to sit until cool. Keep tightly covered. SO MOIST
