How to Make Coconut Sour Cream Cake
- Cook yellow cake according to directions on box,
then split each cake to make 4 layers
Allow to cool
- Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut and blend well. Chill.
Reserve 1 Cup for later
- Spread the remainder of the sour cream mixture between layers of the cake
- Beat the reserved 1 Cup sour cream mixture with the whipped topping and spread on top of cake
STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE SERVING
