Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix, cooked per directions on box
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups sugar
- 12 ounces package frozen coconut, thawed
How To Make coconut sour cream cake

Step 1Cook yellow cake according to directions on box, then split each cake to make 4 layers Allow to cool

Step 2Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut and blend well. Chill. Reserve 1 Cup for later

Step 3Spread the remainder of the sour cream mixture between layers of the cake

Step 4Beat the reserved 1 Cup sour cream mixture with the whipped topping and spread on top of cake STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE SERVING OMG- SO good!
