Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 package (4 servings) vanilla pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1½ cups flaked coconut
How To Make coconut pudding cake

Step 1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. Blend; then beat for 2 minutes at high speed.

Step 2Set aside 1/4 cup of coconut; stir the remaining coconut into the batter.

Step 3Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

Step 4Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove from pan.

Step 5Brush the top of the cake with honey; sprinkle with the remaining coconut.
