- Cream shortening, Butter, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add one agg at a time. Beat well after each one. Combine dry ingredients. Add creamed mixture with lemon, vanilla, sour cream, and milk. Beat well. Add coconut mix lightly. Mixture will be slightly thick spoon into bundt pan. Bake at 325 drgree for 1 1/2 hours. Icing the cake with 1/2 bag of powdered sugar, 1 cap full of vanilla and 4 tablespoons of butter mix together well with a couple of teaspoons of milk and drizzle Very Good Recipe
