How to Make Coconut Poke Cake
- 1Fix cake as directed in a 13 x 19 pan.
- 2Mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk together.
- 3Poke holes in hot baked cake.
- 4Pour cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk over top of cake. Keep spreading this mixture over cake. It will seep in.
- 5Let cool completely.
- 6Top with whipped topping.
- 7Top with flaked coconut.
- 8Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
