How to Make Coconut Poke Cake
- Fix cake as directed in a 13 x 19 pan.
- Mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk together.
- Poke holes in hot baked cake.
- Pour cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk over top of cake. Keep spreading this mixture over cake. It will seep in.
- Let cool completely.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Top with flaked coconut.
- Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
