Ingredients

    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    coconut, flaked

How to Make coconut pineapple cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350...In large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Combine the flour, soda, powder and salt into eggs and add pineapples and walnuts Pour into a greased 13x9 in baking pan. Bake on 350---35-40 min. until center comes out clean with toothpick. Lt cake cool completely. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar until smooth....sprink with coconut and enjoy....Store in refrigerator.
