- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can pineapple, crushed with juice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup coconut, flaked

Step 1Preheat oven to 350...In large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Combine the flour, soda, powder and salt into eggs and add pineapples and walnuts Pour into a greased 13x9 in baking pan. Bake on 350---35-40 min. until center comes out clean with toothpick. Lt cake cool completely. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar until smooth....sprink with coconut and enjoy....Store in refrigerator.
