How to Make Coconut Pecan Crumb Cake
- Cream together butter and sugar ; add eggs ( 1 at a time ) beating after the addition of each egg.
- Crush the box of vanilla wafers.
- Alternately add the wafers and milk to the creamed mixture ; Add the coconut flakes and pecans.
- Bake in a buttered Tube pan @ 275° to 300° for 1-1/2 hrs.
