Coconut Icebox Cake

1 can(s)coconut

1 boxconfectioners' sugar

1 boxbutter yellow cake mix
How to Make Coconut Icebox Cake
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
Make cake as directions on cake mix. Pour into 2 9 inch cake pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake about 30 minutes or until done. - Turn out and let cool completely. Split the 2 layers making 4 thins layers. ( I use dental floss to do this )
- Icing
Mix the box of confection sugar with the sour cream. Beat well. Add coconut and mix well. Spreand between layers and on the top. Not on Sides
Refrigerate. This cake gets even better after a couple of days of sitting in the frig.
