I kind of combined ingredients from a couple of favorite cake recipes to come up with my own moist, delicious coconut cake. A favorite now, requested often.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix, no pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 box instant coconut pudding
- 1 small bag sweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- GLAZE
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
How To Make coconut cream pound cake

Step 1Blend first four ingredients with hand mixer. Add flavoring. Stir in coconut by hand. Swirl in sour cream just until blended. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.

Step 2Glaze: Boil sugar and water 1 minute. Remove from heat, add flavoring. Pour over warm cake.
