How to Make Coconut Cake & frosting
- 1Bake cake in 3 layers according to directions on box. Split cakes in half when cool.
- 2Put sour cream, coconut, sugar and cool whip together. Mix well with spatula, spread between layers, then top and sides of cake, until using all frosting.
- 3Refrigerate. (Can be made day before) The longer it is refridgerated the better it gets
